Role Description

• Installed and configured client OS on laptops and desktop computers
• Diagnosed and resolved hardware, network device, and CCTV-related technical issues
• Managed and maintained IT hardware assets and consumables
• Handled IT hardware-related incidents and on time ticket closing
• Configured Zimbra email and Microsoft 365 (M365) users
• Installed and configured engineering software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD

Skills

• 1.5 to 3 Years Experience in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Network Administration and Network Security
• Skills in providing Technical Support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus
