IT Field Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven IT Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting clients on-site, promoting IT products and services, generating leads, and closing sales. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of IT products, and a proactive approach to business development. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential business clients for software or IT service offerings. Conduct field visits, schedule meetings, and perform product demonstrations. Understand client requirements and offer suitable IT solutions. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and generate referrals. Achieve sales targets and report progress through CRM tools or internal reporting systems. Collaborate with technical teams to understand product functionalities. Provide market feedback to the internal team for product improvement. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars as required. Ensure professional conduct and grooming during client interactions. Requirements: Proven field sales experience (preferably in software, SaaS, or IT services). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings. Basic understanding of IT products such as CRM, ERP, websites, or SaaS tools. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in B2B sales or the tech industry. Local market knowledge and language proficiency.
