LnD facilitator Designation : Asst. Vice President Location: Hyderabad Develop and implement Leadership learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Design and implement Soft skills & Leadership related workshops Come up with robust evaluation methods to determine impact of the program Developing initiatives at the leadership layer that continuously meet the business targets Developing skills at the Leadership layer Identify the current and future skill requirement of leaders Design and develop training programs for Sr. Leaders, using a variety of methods such as on-the-job training, seminars, workshops, and e-learning. Establish metrics and processes for measuring the effectiveness of training programs Conduct Assessments / Evaluations to identify the gaps at the Leadership layer Certifications is an added advantage Should be well versed with Coaching and Mentoring methodologies.
