Job Title: Data Scientist Advanced Analytics Team Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Department: IT About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics Team . In this role, you will leverage advanced data techniques to drive strategic business insights and deliver high-impact solutions. You will work on complex Recommendation Systems , cutting-edge AI/ML models, and collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow for model building and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Advanced Recommendation Systems: Lead the design, development, and deployment of hybrid Recommendation Systems tailored to user behaviors, preferences, and business objectives. AI/ML Model Development: Design and implement ML algorithms to solve complex business challenges, including predictive modeling, classification, regression, and clustering techniques. Feature Engineering: Partner with Data Engineers to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines, processing large datasets using PySpark and SQL . Ensure the data infrastructure supports scalability and performance for analytics solutions. Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment: Utilize AWS for scalable model deployment and management. Leverage AWS services such as SageMaker , S3 , Glue, Lambda, Athena , and EMR . Advanced Analytics & Insights: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business units to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions that impact the company’s strategy and performance. Model Optimization & Performance Monitoring: Continuously optimize models for performance, ensuring high accuracy and relevance. Implement robust monitoring systems to assess model performance in production. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with a focus on advanced analytics and machine learning. Expertise in building and deploying Recommendation Systems that drive user engagement. Strong knowledge of ML techniques both Supervised and Unsupervised Learning Algorithms. Familiarity with AWS , Spark and SQL . Experience in handling and analyzing big data from both structured and unstructured sources. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Data Science , Mathematics , Statistics , or a related field with 2+ years of full time experience . Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit -learn, TensorFlow , PyTorch and Keras Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker , ECS Fargate
