Job Description

  • Manage and maintain global communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange or SAP Workzone
  • Ensure the smooth operation of email telecommunication systems, instant messaging, and video conferencing tools
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches according to ITIL
  • Documentation of features and changes for administrators and end users in the form of FAQ pages and manuals.
  • Support end-users in the effective use of communication and collaboration tools
  • Align with other IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems - Collaborate as part of a one global IT Comm. Collab service team

Your qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field - Job Experience: 2-4 years in related fields
  • Proven experience in application operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of related Microsoft SAP Services (MS Teams, Exchange etc.)
  • In-depth skills reffering application lifecycle incl. security and maintenance procedures for Microsoft Applications and M365 environment
  • Familarity with cloud platforms and proven experience in handling service management tools like Service Now
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g.Microsoft certified and or ITIL certified)
  • Strong global communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluently English in spoken and written words - Powershell scritption is helpful
