Job Description

JOB Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
Assist in the administration and maintenance of the companys IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
Play a key role in a project to upgrade the companys IT infrastructure, improving system reliability and performance.
Conduct regular system backups and implemented data recovery procedures, ensuring data integrity and availability
Knowledge of RMC Plant & ESSAE Weighbridge operations will be added advantage.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field preferred

EXPERIENC

2 - 4 Years

SKILL SETS

Strong understanding of support, IT service desk, IT Helpdesk, technical support, desktop support, manual testing

ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS

RMC & Weighbridge Operations Knowledge

Other Responsibilities:

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management

Provide technical support to users via phone, email, remote etc

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud services, desktop applications.

Collaborate with internal terms to identify and implement solutions for recurring problems

Document and maintain knowledge base articles for future purpose reference.

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Willing to travel to different locations as per requirements
