Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Executive (Hardware & Troubleshooting) to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to deliver prompt support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT hardware.
• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of systems and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote tools, or onsite.
• Maintain IT inventory and records of hardware assets.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access as per company policies.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, including antivirus and security updates.
• Assist with IT support for employee onboarding and exit processes.
• Maintain clear documentation of IT procedures and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hardware and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of PC/laptop hardware, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, MS Office applications, and basic networking.
• Experience with system imaging, hardware diagnostics, and repair tools.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
