Full Time
· Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
· Assist with software installations and updates (MS Office, Antivirus, Tally, etc.).
· Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks and ensure minimal downtime.
· Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.
· Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, intercoms, and other digital infrastructure.
· Knowledge of installing Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
· Basic knowledge of hardware assembly, repair, and maintenance.
· Good communication and problem-solving skills.
