Profile - IT Executive/IT Specialist

Salary - ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Executive to manage and support our firm’s IT infrastructure, digital tools, and security systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across all systems while integrating modern technologies like AI tools and automation to enhance productivity and data security.

Responsibilities:

1- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers, networking systems, and IT equipment.

2 - Managing and renewing Microsoft and Google Workspace (G-Suite) licenses and user accounts.

3 - Providing technical support for ERP/CRM systems and ensuring smooth data processing on SQL servers.

4 - Overseeing EPABX, CCTV surveillance, and other IT hardware to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

5 - Maintaining and troubleshooting internet connections, LAN/WAN, and P2P networks.

6 - Managing Google Sheets, Forms, and Drive for workflow automation and team collaboration.

7 - Assisting with LinkedIn, Google, or business account recovery and setup when required.

8 - Implementing AI tools and digital solutions to streamline office operations.

9 - Ensuring data backup, cybersecurity, and system compliance across the organization.

Requirements:

1 - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2 - 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.

3 - Strong understanding of Windows Server, Google Workspace, Networking, and SQL.

4 - Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and AI-based productivity tools preferred.

5 - Ability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently under minimal supervision.

6 - Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
