Indus Parking Services (IPS) is an emerging parking enforcement company headquartered in Gurugram, India. Our team consists of highly focused and motivated professionals with extensive expertise in parking management. We specialise in preventing unauthorised parking across commercial properties, residential complexes, and other locations. Indus Parking Service manages the entire parking enforcement process efficiently and also provides operational support to Euro Parking Services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Executive to join our team, who will play a key role in supporting the organization’s IT and surveillance infrastructure. This position offers hands-on exposure to network administration, CCTV monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The IT Executive will work closely with the internal IT team and the UK service team to ensure smooth operations of IT and CCTV systems.

As an IT Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and checking the functioning of ANPR and CCTV cameras remotely.
• Managing daily reports of camera and CCTV system functioning/non-functioning, site-wise.
• Troubleshooting network and CCTV-related issues remotely and coordinating with the service team in the UK, along with providing regular reports and updates.
• Ensuring data migration and maintaining logs of data transfer from cameras and servers.
• Configuration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of ANPR and CCTV camera systems.
• Monitoring static IPs and 3G/4G mobile data consumption for cameras and CCTV devices.
• Checking the operational status of virtual machines and servers supporting CCTV and ANPR systems.
• Troubleshooting desktop issues related to network, software, hardware, and CCTV viewing/recording applications.
• Assisting in maintaining CCTV system uptime, access controls, and system documentation.

• Bachelor degree in IT field.
• Good logical ability & time management skills.
• Smart approach towards incident management.
• The ability to communicate with overseas clients and problem-solving ability by using remote tools like Skype for Business, Web Ex, Zoho etc.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,400.00 per month
