Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT Executive to manage and optimize the organization s IT infrastructure , including servers, networks, and systems
Key responsibilities include: Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems (Windows/Linux) Managing databases (MySQL/SQL) and ensuring data security Providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues Implementing data backup and recovery procedures Monitoring network performance and ensuring system uptime The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in server management, networking, and IT security This role ensures smooth, secure, and efficient technology operations supporting business growth

Key Result Areas (KRA)

Ensure system and network uptime meets organizational standards
Implement and monitor data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols
Provide end-user support and resolve IT issues promptly
Administer and maintain database integrity and performance
Manage IT assets, software licenses, and documentation effectively
Execute and track IT infrastructure and upgrade projects within deadlines
Conduct regular audits of systems, servers, and security logs
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and security regulations
Identify and implement technological improvements to boost operational efficiency
