Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all hardware systems including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Provide quick and reliable support for any hardware or software issues faced by employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and IT tools.
• Ensure regular data backup, security updates, and antivirus management.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases, repairs, and upgrades.
• Monitor and maintain the office network, internet connectivity, and email systems.
• Keep proper records of IT assets, licenses, and maintenance schedules.
• Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices when required.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Google Workspace, and networking basics.
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (printers, LAN, routers, etc.).
• Ability to handle pressure situations and provide quick solutions.
• Strong problem-solving attitude with a sense of responsibility and reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
