Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS and IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and support data-driven decision-making through effective MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and developing reports and dashboards to support management in monitoring business performance.

MIS Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, or other business intelligence tools.
Automate repetitive reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking through data analysis.

IT Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Perform regular data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Coordinate with vendors for IT asset procurement and maintenance.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and IT support
Certifications in IT support, networking, or analytics (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
