Job Summary:

Altruist Business Hotels is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to support daily technology operations at our Kondapur and Abids (King Koti Road) locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless connectivity across departments—especially in maintaining stable and secure Wi-Fi networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues across hotel departments.
• Troubleshoot and fix Wi-Fi/internet connectivity problems quickly and efficiently.
• Set up, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure including computers, printers, routers, and servers.
• Monitor system performance and maintain IT security protocols.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for major IT issues or installations.
• Ensure regular data backups and system updates are performed.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage AMC contracts.
• Support the front office and reservation systems (PMS, POS, etc.) from a technical standpoint.
• Provide on-site support across both Kondapur and Abids locations as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or executive role.
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi networks and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hotel management systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and respond to technical issues promptly.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel between hotel locations as needed.
