Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical assistance across systems, applications, devices, and networks. This is an immediate-joiner role focused on ensuring smooth IT operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners
Manage email accounts, access controls, VPN, and firewall issues
Handle routine IT tasks: antivirus updates, system formatting, backups
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Assist employees with day-to-day IT queries

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS
Understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi networks
Familiarity with MS Office, email clients, browsers
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Good to Have:

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Exposure to ticketing systems
Understanding of IT security basics
