🎯 Job Summary: The Sales Executive (Field) is responsible for generating loan business through direct client interaction, field visits, and channel partner development. The role involves promoting all types of loan products such as Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, and Car Loan, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. --- 💼 Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new customers through cold calling, field visits, and references. 2. Promote and explain various loan products to prospective clients. 3. Maintain relationships with existing clients and channel partners for repeat business. 4. Collect KYC and income documents, and ensure timely file login. 5. Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for loan processing. 6. Regularly follow up with banks/NBFCs for file status and disbursement. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. 8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. 9. Represent the company in a professional manner at client meetings and events. 10. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new loan schemes. --- 🧾 Daily Tasks: Generate 5–10 leads daily through field visits or telecalling. Visit client locations for document collection and loan discussion. Update daily visit report to the Sales Manager. Conduct KYC verification and submit files to backend team. Maintain daily follow-up sheet and customer tracker. Support team during loan campaigns, events, and marketing drives. --- 🧠 Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of financial documents (ITR, Bank Statement, Salary Slip). Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Ability to work independently and handle field operations. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, Email).
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and software. Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, internet, and system issues. Handle company mobile app management – updates, performance monitoring, and coordination with developers. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) – content posting, engagement, and analytics. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for lead generation. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on ad results and ROI. Support the marketing team with digital creatives and online promotions. Maintain and update the company website and digital profiles regularly. Coordinate with vendors and agencies for IT, app, and marketing support.
