Full Time
1. Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware including PCs, laptops, routers, switches, firewalls, UPS, printers, and networking devices.
2. Monitor and resolve pan-India IT escalations coordinating with regional teams from HQ.
3. Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019) including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
4. Handle network setup and maintenance including LAN/WAN, leased lines, and Wi-Fi.
5. Perform system upgrades, backups, and maintenance to ensure reliability and security.
6. Support enterprise applications including SAP operations such as purchase requisitions, service entries, and inventory tracking.
7. Liaise with vendors for procurement, repair, and maintenance of IT assets.
8. Provide desktop/laptop support including OS installation and troubleshooting.
9. Travel as needed to multiple locations to resolve critical IT issues and implement solutions.
10. Implement and monitor network security protocols to safeguard IT infrastructure
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience (3+ yrs) with hardware, network infrastructure, and Windows Server administration.
Hands-on exposure to SAP operations and enterprise application support.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network issues.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, pan-India environment.
Comfortable with travel and onsite visits as per business needs.
