IT Engineer

Designation – Office Associate  Location - Turbhe Job Responsibility – • Basic knowledge of hardware • SMD awareness • Component level repairing • Circuit design analysis • Troubleshooting methods • Hardware and software integration process • Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. • Promptly following up on service requests and providing Quality feedback. • Monitoring equipment and Bar-o-meter performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. Measure of Success (KRA’s) - • Technical competent -Component level repairs  • Should have knowledge of Box packaging and Store keeping. • Inventory management  • Knowledge of laptop/Computer (Excel skills, WordPad skills etc.)        All troubleshooting methods Minimum Education - Diploma Engineer or ITI with experience Minimum/Relevant Experience - Minimum 3-5 years of experience | Freshers eligible too Past Industry / /Company Experience -  Electronics and Electrical, Consumer IT Technical Skills –  • Components level repairing • SMD knowledge • Basic troubleshooting methods • Use of Electronic components and fixing the same with Soldering skills Language Skills - English and Hindi (Regional would have an advantage) Key Interactions – Internal Stakeholders – • Logistics • Service centre operations team TRC and Service team • Field office management Key Interactions – External Stakeholders – • Courier and Secondary distribution • Vendors and Components dealers • OEMs if any Preferable Females ITI Fresher electrical electronics Salary Budget Annually- 340000
