Job Description

Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
Managing network systems (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, servers).
Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
Managing email setup, user access, data backup and system security.
Monitoring system performance and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT operations.
Coordinating with vendors for repairs, AMC and IT purchases.
Maintaining IT asset records and ensuring timely updates.

Requirements:

Diploma/Graduate in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Good knowledge of hardware, networking and operating systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Experience: 1–3 years (or as per company requirement)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
