Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Assist in the design and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Provide technical support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network functionality.
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
Maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and IT infrastructure.
Provide first and second-level support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email clients, web browsers, and productivity software (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring all devices are properly tracked and managed.
Experience Manage CCTV System, Access Control system and Audio/Video technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
