IT Delivery Manager - Offshore Delivery Center

As an IT Delivery Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and overseeing the IT setup, operation, and management of Offshore Delivery Centers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that technologies in ODCs operate efficiently, meet client requirements, and maintain high standards of security, quality, and service delivery. You will lead the consulting, design, and delivery of ODC IT infrastructure, as well as be accountable for operations and support for all technology components leveraged by the ODCs. Your key responsibilities will involve managing the IT lifecycle of ODCs, coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution, monitoring ODC performance, managing incident, problem, change, and release processes, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements, KPIs, contractual obligations, and governance protocols. Additionally, you will be responsible for client engagement, continuous improvement initiatives, financial and contract management, operations and monitoring, and overseeing the implementation of changes to IT systems and services. To excel in this role, you are required to have a deep understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs), governance, and compliance requirements, project management expertise, governance and compliance knowledge, stakeholder management skills, risk management proficiency, and the ability to adapt to changing business environments. You should also possess expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, IT infrastructure, software development, and ODC specific networking, along with prior experience in setup/operation of ODCs. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with an ITIL Intermediate certification, is essential. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and Management, with proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role, preferably with experience in setting up ODCs.
