Job Description

Position: IT and MIS Executive Full Time| Day shift | Flexible Timings | 6 days working | Work from office Location : Thanisandra Main Road, Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Generate hourly, daily, and end-of-day reports for the telesales team. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports to management. Prepare performance dashboards and sales tracking sheets. Edit and clean data for accuracy and completeness. Provide technical support to telesales team for CRM-related issues. Manage CRM changes, user access, and data corrections. Provide first-level IT troubleshooting support (systems, internet, tools). Qualification: Graduate Experience: Minimum 1+ years Salary :25k-35k(Fixed) Languages: English, Kannada(Mandatory)(South Indian languages) Skiils: Strong Knowledge of MS Excel(Pivot, VLOOKUP, Reporting) Familiarity with CRM tools and Databases. Good Knowledge of IT systems(Basic networking, troubleshooting) Strong Communication and Coordination Skills. Looking for immediate joiners
