Experience: 7+ years
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years in technology development/engineering
🔹 3+ years UAT/SIT testing in Oracle HCM configurations/customizations
🔹 Strong UAT methodologies & Agile/Scrum experience
🔹 Hands-on with test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
