Job Description

Key Responsibilities : • Collaborate with key stakeholders including CFOs, Controller, and Internal Audit Head to define and implement the Finance Digital Strategy. • Lead the design and architecture of the Digital Finance Transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. • Design and implement S4HANA FI and CO modules to enhance financial processes and reporting. • Oversee the implementation of other financial solutions such as Oracle Enterprise Performance Management. • Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise systems. • Provide strategic guidance and support to the finance team on technology-related initiatives. • Manage and coordinate with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality solutions. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in financial technology and recommend improvements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, CA, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization with 8-10 years of experience. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with S4HANA FI and CO modules. • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management and other financial systems preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills : • Certification in S4HANA or Oracle Enterprise Performance Management. • Experience in leading digital transformation projects in the finance domain. • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in financial technology. Reporting & Other relationships : • The role will report to WEL Group CIO as part of the WEL Corporate IT team. • The role needs to collaborate very closely with business IT teams in driving change.
