IT Business Operations Lead

The IT Business Operations Lead role is responsible for supporting the business and IT operations for the Enterprise IT Solution Center in Pune, India. This multifaceted role focuses on planning, coordinating, and driving pivotal initiatives within the Solutions Center to ensure that resources, systems, and processes are optimized to meet evolving business needs. You will work closely with IT Solution Center Leaders to translate organizational objectives into actionable plans that align with business priorities. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** - **IT Resource Planning & Optimization:** - Collaborate with IT leadership to forecast and allocate resources across projects and operational functions. - Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors for timely delivery of IT services. - Track and manage third-party resource contracts and compliance with service expectations. - Develop critical metrics related to resource efficiency and project staffing. - **Operational Excellence for IT Solution Centre:** - Collaborate with Site leadership to implement pivotal initiatives for the IT Solutions Center. - Ensure operational activities align with Enterprise IT and business priorities. - Develop key performance indicators to monitor effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement. - **Process Optimization and Data Analysis:** - Conduct analyses of current business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement strategies. - Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous operational improvement. - Build and edit presentations based on market research and internal data for reviews. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, IT, or related fields. - Master's or equivalent experience in Business Administration or certification in Operational Management preferred. - 10+ years in IT with a minimum of 4+ years in leadership roles. - Demonstrated ability in planning, business analysis, or project management. - Experience in large-scale Enterprise environments or managed IT services. - Proven experience in developing and driving pivotal initiatives. - Excellent project management skills and familiarity with resource planning and process optimization. - Expert knowledge about Information Technology & emerging trends. **Additional Details about the Company:** At Emerson, the workplace prioritizes every employee's value, respect, and empowerment to grow.
