As the IT Business Lead Analyst, your role involves acting as a liaison between business users and technologists, ensuring clear and concise exchange of information to drive key initiatives such as KYC, Gen AI integration, and data migration projects. Your responsibilities include: - Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - KYC: Lead and support KYC processes and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing operational efficiency. - Fenergo Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience with Fenergo to optimize client lifecycle management processes, particularly focusing on onboarding and KYC. - Onboarding Process Enhancement: Analyze and enhance client onboarding experiences and processes, identifying automation and streamlining opportunities. - Data Migration & Analysis: Plan and oversee complex data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and conducting in-depth analysis to support business decisions. - Database Management: Work with SQL and Mongo databases to understand data structures, query data, and support system integration. - Generative AI Integration: Explore integrating Gen AI solutions to enhance business processes, decision-making, and product innovation. - Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. - Solution Design & Testing: Participate in IT solution design, providing input on technical feasibility and supporting testing efforts. - Project Support: Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation and review. - Risk Management: Identify risks, propose mitigation options, and consider business implications of technology applications. Required Qualifications: - 12-20 years of relevant work experience. - Proven experience in IT Business Analysis within the financial services industry. - Experience with complex IT system migration. - Strong collaboration skills with senior stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Fenergo. - Extensive experience with KYC processes and regulatory requirements. - Familiarity with Generative AI concepts in financial services. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases like Mongo. - Strong background in data migration and analysis. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Relevant certifications such as CBAP or Agile are a plus.
