Role

This is a Full time remote role for an IT Business Analyst in India. We are looking for an IT Business Analyst having experience with Veeva Quality Docs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business SMEs to ensure business requirements are well defined
• Responsible for creation of URS/FS for business processes
• Support creation and dry runs of OQ and PQ/UAT test scripts
• Support OQ formal execution
• Verify defects are reported and handled in a timely manner
• Ensure that IT Working Instructions and user guides are updated
• Support document migration activities
• Technical knowledge and experience with Veeva Quality Vault configuration and security logic is preferred

Qualifications and Skill-Set Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
• Minimum 10 year's relevant experience in the role of Business Analyst
• Minimum 1 year's experience with Veeva Quality Docs
• Experience with business analysis, able to discuss issues and new requirements with the business users
• Proven experience providing technical solutions to business needs
• Experience of working in a global set-up
• Good Communication skills and stakeholder management skills
