IT Business Analyst Intern

As a Business Analyst Intern at our company, you will be involved in understanding business processes, analyzing data, and deriving actionable insights. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in business consulting, requirement analysis, documentation, and solution mapping for real-world projects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior business analysts and project managers to collect, document, and analyze business requirements. - Assist in creating business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories. - Perform market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making. - Attend client meetings to comprehend project objectives and translate them into technical requirements. - Develop workflow diagrams, process documentation, and reports using analytical tools. - Support cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and contribute to internal presentations and status reports. - Monitor key project deliverables and milestones. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Knowledge of business process modeling, project lifecycle, and requirement gathering techniques. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Lucidchart is a plus. - Ability to think critically and present insights cohesively. - Basic understanding of IT/software systems is beneficial. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree (Pursuing or Completed) in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
