Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst – Pre-Sales professional with a strong understanding of client requirements, solution documentation, and proposal building. The ideal candidate must be local to Jaipur and willing to attend face-to-face interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze client business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft effective pre-sales strategies and proposals.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as SOWs (Statements of Work), BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and functional specifications.
• Create presentations, demos, and pitch decks aligned with client expectations.
• Work closely with UI/UX and development teams to ensure proper project scope alignment.
• Assist in cost estimation, project scoping, and timeline projections.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, and proposal discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Pre-Sales role (preferably in IT/software services).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), wireframing tools, and estimation models.
• Proficient in preparing proposals, business cases, and client communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
