IT Business Analyst

As an experienced IT professional with over 7 years of experience and a degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification such as MCA, you should have a strong background in analysis and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI). Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role. Your primary responsibility will be demand processing for AI-related internal use cases within the Digital Core Gas Services organization. This involves collecting and analyzing business requirements and translating them into Digital Core requirements. You will serve as the point of contact for internal AI demands from the global Gas Services Business, working closely with the AI office. Identifying opportunities for business process improvements using AI technology and collaborating with AI teams to implement solutions for operational efficiency will be part of your daily tasks. In addition, you will participate in Digital Core projects as a domain expert on AI, contribute proactively to key user communities and process experts, and ensure effective global cooperation between the business partner organization and AI teams. Collaboration with and support of the Head of Digital Core Gas Services on General IT Management topics will also be expected. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields. Previous experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role focusing on AI is required. A solid understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business environments, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, troubleshooting, and project management skills are essential.
