IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to act as the bridge between our clients' business needs and our development team. In this role, you'll translate business challenges into technical solutions by leveraging your analytical mindset, strong communication, and an understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Documentation & Modeling: Produce clear business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories with acceptance criteria, process flows, data models, and use-case diagrams.
• Solution Design & Evaluation: Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to assess and refine proposed software/automation solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure alignment across product functionality, scope, and priorities.
• Project Coordination: Support planning, define feature scope, sequence development tasks, track deliverables, and update clients and leadership on progress.
• Testing Support: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare test cases, validate functional requirements, and ensure quality delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing client processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend enhancements using Breezeway Tech’s digital solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
