IT Bidder

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services and a proven track record in generating business through bidding and client acquisition. This position requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities in the IT sector through various bidding channels
• Write custom and persuasive proposals for IT services such as web development, mobile apps, software, and digital solutions
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather accurate project requirements and ensure successful delivery
• Handle complete bidding process—from lead generation to project acquisition
• Maintain healthy client relationships and follow up for future projects
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills:

• 1–4 years of experience in IT bidding or business development
• Strong knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Blockchain, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. is a plus
• Experience with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia)

Pay: ₹9,053.90 - ₹50,000.00 per month
