Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Trainer. The GRC Trainer will be responsible for creating curriculum and teaching materials, delivering training sessions, mentoring students, and preparing them for certifications.

Day-to-day tasks include:

• Instructing students in GRC, risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance concepts

• Conducting practical sessions, case studies, and labs

• Providing support through Q&A sessions

• Evaluating student performance

• Refining training content based on feedback

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GRC, risk management, governance frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, HIPAA)

• Experience in delivering training or educational programs

• Familiarity with creating educational content and curriculums

• Ability to conduct hands-on sessions and mentor students

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Capability to work independently in a remote environment

• Professional certifications in GRC/Information Security (e.g., CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
