Job Summary

CRSP Connect Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Assistant to support daily IT operations, maintain hardware and software systems, and assist in resolving technical issues across the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT support and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Monitor and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
• Set up accounts and workstations for new employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Support software installations, updates, and system backups.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems or upgrades.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or relevant specialists.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with help desk software and remote desktop applications.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
