We at Anunta Technology have openings for IT Asset Management(HAM) L2 - Noida position.

Position - IT Asset Management L2

Location - Noida

Exp - Min 3 Years

Shifts - General Shifts, 6 Days (alternate week 5 da

Graduates with Good Communication Skill

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
Maintain an accurate and updated CMDB and asset inventory for all hardware and software assets.
Track and support IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities in coordination with field and support teams.
Ensure compliance with software licensing and contractual obligations.
Reconcile physical asset records with database entries through periodic audits.
Collaborate with procurement, IT support, and vendor teams for asset delivery and updates.
Prepare reports and dashboards using MS Excel and other asset management tools.
Support governance meetings with data inputs and compliance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

45 years of hands-on experience in IT asset management (hardware and software).
Strong understanding and operational experience with CMDB and IMAC processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and report generation.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and asset management systems
Ability to perform audits and reconcile data discrepancies effectively.
Good communication and coordination skills to interact with vendors and internal teams.
