IT Asset Management Architect FlexeraOne / FNMS

You are an experienced Software Asset Management Consultant with a strong background in IT Asset Management (ITAM) tool implementation, primarily FlexeraOne, FlexNet, and discovery tools. Your expertise lies in data modeling, license optimization, SaaS discovery, and end-to-end ITAM delivery. Your key responsibilities include: - Implementing and configuring ITAM tools such as FlexeraOne, FlexNet, and Discovery tools - Designing architecture diagrams for agent-based and agentless scanning - Driving SaaS-based discovery and lifecycle management processes - Developing project plans and implementation roadmaps for ITAM solutions - Leading entitlement gathering, agreement analysis, compliance monitoring, and reclaim processes - Designing and developing Flexera data models for process integrations - Collaborating with stakeholders to collect, validate, and ensure completeness of data - Analyzing major software publisher license rules and optimizing license usage - Reviewing ELA agreements and managing OEM privilege portals to validate entitlements - Providing high-level support for CCO and FinOps models - Executing SAM activities and ensuring on-time deliverables - Applying expert knowledge in Flexera configuration and modeling - Leveraging SCCM, JAMF, and agent deployment mechanisms as needed Your required skills and experience include: - Minimum 6+ years of ITAM tool implementation experience with FlexeraOne and FlexNet - Deep expertise with Flexera model configuration and SAM delivery - Strong understanding of SaaS discovery and lifecycle management - Experience with entitlement data gathering, compliance monitoring, and license optimization - Knowledge of CCO and FinOps frameworks - Hands-on experience with SCCM, JAMF, and agent deployment methods (preferred) Certifications (Preferred): - Certified Flexera Admin / Developer (Mandatory) - Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) - ITIL Certification,
