Inside Sales / Pre-Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct

    lead research, prospecting, and outbound campaigns

    targeting clients in North America (Canada & US) and India.
  • Execute

    cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach

    to schedule qualified meetings with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to develop

    targeted pre-sales strategies

    for IT Staffing and Consulting services.
  • Prepare and deliver

    client presentations, proposals, and capability decks

    tailored to the clients business needs.
  • Maintain and update

    CRM systems (HubSpot, Apollo, or Salesforce)

    with accurate sales activities and lead progress.
  • Partner with the recruitment delivery team to understand

    technical skill requirements

    and position suitable talent solutions to clients.
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into

    sales opportunities

    through effective follow-ups.
  • Support

    RFP/RFI responses

    and create client-specific documentation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales messaging and targeting.
  • Report weekly metrics including calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and qualified leads generated.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • sBachelors Degree (MBA preferred) with 57 years of experience in

    Inside Sales / Pre-Sale

    IT Staffing or Consulting industr

    y
  • .Strong understanding of

    IT Staffing lifecycle, client acquisition, and lead qualification

  • .Proven track record in

    cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound prospectin

    g targeting mid to enterprise-level clients
  • .Excellent communication skills with a clear and engaging phone/email presence
  • .Familiar with

    CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or Zoho

    ) and

    lead research tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha

    )
  • .Ability to draft compelling business emails and articulate complex service offerings
  • .Exposure to

    Canadian or North American IT market

    s will be a strong advantage
  • .Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
