Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be identifying and acquiring new clients in the US and Canada. What You’ll Bring 8–12 years of experience in business development within the IT staffing industry , with a focus on US and Canadian markets . Strong track record of client acquisition , account expansion, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all levels of client organizations. Expertise in contract negotiation, MSA/NDA handling, and enterprise-level deal management. Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce), MS Office, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience working with MSPs, VMS tools, or high-volume staffing engagements. In-depth understanding of IT staffing needs across cloud, DevOps, data, and digital transformation domains. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture.
