IT Apprenticeship

As a part of Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS), a subsidiary of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, you will be contributing to a captive global processing Centre for remotely handling banking and IT related operations of Mizuho Banks domestic and overseas offices as well as Mizuhos group companies worldwide. The company is guided by the key pillars of Mutual Respect, Discipline, and Transparency in all its operations. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Possess certifications like MCSE, CCNA, or similar for enhanced performance. - Proficiency in spoken English and knowledge of MS Office applications like MS Word, Excel. - Familiarity with helpdesk support, Active Directory management, and unlocking applications. - Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory for troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration. - Basic knowledge in VMware troubleshooting and administration. - Customer-centric approach with excellent time management skills. - Collaborate effectively within a customer-focused team. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills and take ownership of customer issues till resolution. - Troubleshoot and resolve problems by sharing best practices and direct resolution methods. - Effective written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. - Willingness to work in an operational environment, including rotational shifts and on-call schedules. - Perform other general responsibilities as directed by management. **Qualification Required:** - MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications preferred. - Proficient in spoken English. - Knowledge of MS Office applications. - Basic understanding of helpdesk support, Active Directory management, and VMware troubleshooting. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a customer-focused team. - Flexibility to work in operational environments with rotational shifts and on-call schedules.
