IT Application

Candidates from Manufacturing Company background with good understanding of the manufacturing processes will be preferred.

• Plan and devise the IT application strategies in line with the Company’s business strategies and in compliance to the Company’s guidelines
• Good practical knowledge in SAP HANA implementation and inhouse software development based on the business requirement
• Implement and maintain IT applications in line with IT strategies and business requirements, monitor their usage and effect continuous improvements to meet the business requirements and derive business benefits

Identify and implement new technologies to leverage IT for business benefits

• Able to provide leadership and direction to the team to contribute to the achievement of company goals and objectives
• Work with Business leaders to develop an overall application strategy in the context of the business strategy and initiatives
• Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how applications can enable new sources of value
• Drive the ERP Transformation program for the company
