Description

We are seeking an IT and ERP Manager to lead our technology initiatives and manage our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT management and hands-on experience with ERP software, ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our business goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and management of ERP systems to ensure seamless integration with business processes.
Collaborate with various departments to identify their IT and ERP needs and provide technical support.
Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
Train and support staff on ERP functionalities and IT tools to enhance productivity.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in IT management and ERP systems administration.
Strong understanding of ERP software (preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Proficiency in database management and data analytics tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
