IT and Automation specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and entry-level IT Specialist / Data Manager to join our growing team.

The candidate will play a vital role in building, managing, and maintaining the company’s technology systems to ensure smooth operations.

Position: IT Specialist / Data Manager /Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Build automations for internal processes to improve efficiency.

• Manage and review employee performance through CRM tools.

• Develop and maintain chatbots for customer engagement and internal use.

• Update and manage the company website and related IT systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and automation platforms.

• Understanding of chatbot development (preferred but not mandatory).

• Website management and basic coding knowledge (HTML, WordPress, or similar).

• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Education & Experience:

•Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

•Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
