Job Description

Experience:

Three to four years of experience in SAP support of SD and MM modules
Order to cash process - Document types, Item Category, Local Sales, Export Sales, Sample Sales, SEZ Sales, Pricing, Discounts, Schemes, Delivery, Billing and Taxation
Procure to Pay - PR, PO, Document Types, Item Category, Account Assignment, Movement Types, and Inventory Management
Integration with other modules like QM, PP, and FICO
ITSM process and ticketing tools

Responsibilities:

Resolve P1 and P2 tickets within 2 to 4 hours and 4 to 8 hours of time respectively
Work in the night shift
Coordinate with the users across departments
Resolve the tickets created by the users
Updating the status and issue resolution on the ticketing tool
Documentation of resolution provided
Document collection from users and other stakeholders - update on the ticketing tool
Daily and weekly update of the status of tickets

Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering (any specialisation)

Functional Skills

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Creating Pivot Tables
Must - Attention to detail, with a keen eye on catching errors and lapses in data and solution.
Good communication skills
Should follow up on tickets promptly

Behavioural Skills

Meticulous at work
Must always maintain confidentiality
Should have high level of discretion with respect to the data
Should have effective time management skills
Cognitive skills to resolve issues efficiently
Must meet deadlines
Team spirit and team player

Good to Have

Manufacturing industry experience
ITSM and ITIL processes knowledge
ABAP debugging
