Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure the stability, availability, and integrity of network services including data, WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, and wireless networks.
Monitor, maintain, and optimize network hardware and software using enterprise support and monitoring tools.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve network-related hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Support day-to-day network operations and incident management activities.
Provide lower-level network engineering support and knowledge transfer when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to enhance network performance, reliability, and security.
Document network configurations, procedures, incidents, and operational reports.
Stay current with emerging networking technologies, tools, and best practices.

Experience Required:

3-5 years of experience managing enterprise LAN/WAN and SD-WAN environments.
Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
Experience working with Cisco technologies, including Cisco ACI.
Exposure to cloud networking (AWS) and networking certifications (CCNA) is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
