IT Analyst _Service now Developer - 5 Days Work From Office

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with 3 to4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a solid understanding of IT workflows and service management processes.

• Seek and devise alternative courses of actions and solicit feedback for professional development

• Collaborate with other technical experts to discuss and decide the most plausible approach to business problem and devise the solution for the same

• Exploring new functionality to resolve user issues and enhance user productivity and experience

• Providing On-Call and urgent issue support as required

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications. - (Preferred but not mandatory).

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - (Preferred but not mandatory).

• Certified in ITIL V4 - is a plus.

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.

Qualifications - External

Minimum Engineering Degree (B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/related area) in IT or Computer Science is required
