Job Description

Responsible for maintaining an organization's computer systems, networks, and servers Key duties include installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts, implementing security protocols, and providing technical support. Core responsibilities 1) System and network upkeep: Overseeing the day-to-day operation of computer networks and systems, including servers, to ensure they are running smoothly. 2) Installation and configuration: Installing, configuring, and upgrading new hardware and software to meet the needs of the organization. 3) Security management: Implementing and maintaining security protocols, creating user accounts, and managing access to prevent potential threats and cyber-attacks. 4) Troubleshooting and support: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing diagnostic tests, and providing technical support to employees. 5) Data management: Performing backups, archiving data, and developing data recovery procedures. 6) Optimization: Optimizing IT infrastructure for productivity and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations. 7) Documentation: Documenting processes and procedures.
