Job Purpose

The focus is to provide support focus for the Nielsen Brandbank IT Service, Managing licenses and administration of 3rd party apps that are being used. Also vendor management by managing procurement and invoices from vendors.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling procurement needs for the IT teams.
• Managing vendor relationship and ensure invoices are uploaded and processed on priority.
• Procurement of new services through 3rd party vendors or directly through the service provider
• Working with vendors to resolve technical issues and manage contracts.
• Managing user accounts, access rights, and security settings for apps.
• Providing technical support to users, including troubleshooting access issues for users, addressing password issues.

Role Requirements E=essential, P=preferred
E=Experience in handling IT services procurement needs. E=Experience in managing vendor invoices E=Confidence to deal with the Procurement and Finance teams to ensure suppliers are managed effectively. E=Experience of license management for applications. E=Polite, with a positive attitude towards work, and willing to put in the effort required to ensure the business reaches its goals. E=Good communication and interpersonal skills E=Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

P=Knowledge of the application Ariba.
