Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure system security, data integrity, and provide day-to-day technical support to end-users while maintaining smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure system security & data integrity through regular data backups, antivirus updates, and applying necessary security patches.
• Provide technical support & troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Manage networking tasks, including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Perform asset management by maintaining records of IT hardware, software, and licenses.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist in solving Wi-Fi, router, and connectivity issues for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT needs and implement solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience in networking, routers, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data backup, antivirus, and security patch management.
• Problem-solving ability with excellent technical support & troubleshooting skills.
• Good knowledge of asset management and IT documentation.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an IT Administrator / IT Support Engineer.
• Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory): CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSA, or Linux certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
