Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement, configure, and maintain AD infrastructure (on-premises and Azure AD).
Monitor AD performance and ensure high availability and security.
Manage DNS/DHCP servers and domain controllers across global data centers.
Perform regular audits and cleanup of AD objects, attributes, and group policies.
Ensure compliance with segregation of duties and sensitive access governance.
Administer and optimize Microsoft Exchange Online, including mail flow, connectors, hybrid configurations, and security policies.
Manage Exchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, and integration with security tools.
Support Microsoft 365 services, including license optimization and migration planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to M365 and Exchange independently.
Collaborate on roadmap initiatives for O365, AD cleanup, and messaging projects.
Conduct periodic reviews of user access and implement mitigation controls using SAP GRC or equivalent tools.
Ensure terminated users are promptly disabled in AD, Azure, and Exchange environments to maintain compliance.
Provide detailed AD and DNS topology documentation and maintain architecture diagrams.
Design, implement, and maintain ADFS infrastructure for secure identity federation and single sign-on (SSO).
Implement and manage Entra ID Conditional Access policies, MFA, and identity governance workflows.
Configure and maintain Entra ID Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for secure role assignments.
Share naming conventions and controller lists for global environments.
Lead knowledge transfer (KT) sessions with internal and external teams.
Coordinate with hosting and infrastructure teams for smooth handovers and escalations
