Issue Validation Audit Associate

Role Overview: Join our dynamic and growing team in Internal Audit and get an opportunity to work with multiple lines of business. As an Issue Validation Audit Associate within the Internal Audit Team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of issue validations for different lines of business. Your role will involve performing audit work in accordance with departmental standards, evaluating the system of internal controls, and leading tollgates as the auditor in charge for the assigned validations. Additionally, you will prepare detailed memos of audit findings, recommend changes in operational processes and practices, and ensure accuracy and thoroughness of coverage. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and document audit validations, including planning, audit testing, control evaluation, and memo drafting while ensuring validations are completed timely and within budget - Liaise with other groups within Audit (LOB Audit, Technology, Data Analytics, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery across JPMorgan Chase - Communicate validation results and issues in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing - Contribute towards strategic initiatives within the Department - Stay up to date with evolving regulatory and market events, audit practices, and technology enhancements Qualifications Required: - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline - Minimum 3 years of audit or relevant control testing experience - Good understanding of internal control concepts - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to take personal responsibility/accountability - Works well individually and in teams, shares information, and supports colleagues - Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner and with minimal supervision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management and influence change (Note: Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills were not included in the Job Description provided),
